數位發展部徵才起薪4.2萬 重工作經驗勝學歷

〔記者徐子苓／台北報導〕數位政委唐鳳將接任數位發展部首任部長，唐鳳用人打破官僚文化，近600人的員額中約300人將以約聘方式進用，期盼吸引更多民間數位領域專才，首波聘用人員招募將於12日截止。

人力銀行網頁上，行政院人事行政總處已開出19個數位發展部的相關職缺，包含月薪6萬1218元以上的專案規劃師、月薪5萬4992元以上的數位產業署專案規劃師、月薪4萬2541元以上的數位產業署專案分析師等。據了解，實際上給薪都會高於起薪。

唐鳳曾說進用方式不重學歷看即戰力、「學歷比我高、國中畢業就可以」，因此大部分職缺應徵條件為取得碩、博學歷或「具有與擬任工作性質程度相當之研究及工作經驗者」。

不過仍有部分職缺須取得至少大學畢業的學歷，例如月薪4萬2541元以上的數位產業署專案分析師。詳細徵才條件依行政院人事行政總處「事求人」頁面為準。

數位部採用大幅提高約聘比例、工作經歷為主的進用機制，有網友給予肯定，認為實戰力比學歷實際；但也有立委批評，此舉是「把文官體制的公平性破壞殆盡」。
