基泰建設內控有缺失證交所再罰50萬元
證交所繼9月9日開罰基泰建設10萬元後，今日再罰基泰建設50萬元，主要是其內控有多項缺失。（資料照）
〔記者陳永吉／台北報導〕證交所繼9月9日開罰基泰建設（2538）10萬元後，今日再罰基泰建設50萬元，主要是其內控有多項缺失，違反證交所「對上市公司內部控制制度查核作業程序」第9條第2項規定，因此開罰，並要求基泰洽非簽證會計師進行內部控制制度專案審查及嗣後確實改善。
證交所表示，基泰建設因「基泰大直」建案工地施工不慎，導致鄰房坍塌，9月9日要求基泰赴證交所召開重大訊息記者說明會，說明該案後續處理情形、對公司財務業務及股東權益之影響，當時基泰公司以資料不及準備為由，未能於證交所限定期限內召開記者會說明，證交所對其處以違約金新台幣10萬元。

證交所9月11日赴基泰進行實地查核，今公布查核結果，經查其建案之採購及付款循環、生產循環未能考量實際營運性質建立有效內部控制制度及執行，而有多項缺失，因此處以違約金新台幣50萬元，證交所將持續追蹤其內控改善情形。
