碩禾子公司華旭Q4進軍碳化矽 明年損平

〔記者張慧雯／台北報導〕碩禾（3691）旗下子公司華旭矽材（6682）切入碳化矽（SIC）市場，預計第4季開始正式量產，月產能約2000片，華旭董事長兼碩禾總經理黃文瑞表示，期待明年首季華旭可以損平，同時也準備後年申請創新版。
碩禾持有華旭34%股權，華旭研發副總鄭樵陽指出，華旭自結7月營收約3000萬元，累計1-7月營收達2.67億元，上半年每股虧損達1.5元，去年每股虧損0.62元，鄭樵陽指出，今年因poly價格下滑及銷售量減少，預期第4季價格止跌加上庫存去化、需求增加，期待明年第1季有機會損平。

至於碩禾以導電漿銀漿為主，目前中國佔比約40%、東南亞40%、台灣20%。黃文瑞認為，明年看好中國占比達70%，主要是中國N型TOP CON產品需求較原本產品達兩倍，台灣與中國產能月產能達200噸，目前產能利用率3成，期待明年可拉到5成，且毛利率也會提高，期待明年虧損能明顯縮減、進一步損平。
