俄能源勒索大敗！歐天然氣供應增7成 價格跌回戰前水準

〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭後，遭全球制裁，普廷反擊斷供歐洲天然氣，輸送俄氣到歐洲的北溪管道又剛好被炸毀損，外界對歐洲的冬天供氣憂心忡忡。未料，在歐盟團結及美國助陣下，2022年歐洲天然氣進口量較前一年暴增7成，價格跌回俄烏戰前水準，每兆瓦時 65 歐元，普廷的天然氣勒索計畫大敗。

《政客》（Politico）報導，普廷本來想藉著斷供天然氣讓歐洲人生活變得很悲慘，迫使歐洲放棄馳援烏克蘭，這個勒索行為已暫時分出勝負，歐洲與俄羅斯的能源戰爭由歐洲佔上風。

報導指出，一開始，俄羅斯天然氣供應減少確實造成價格飆至每兆瓦時200歐元，幾乎是2021年的10倍。然而，隨著歐洲的冬天氣溫較以往溫和，加上歐洲成功從俄羅斯管道天然氣轉向液化天然氣（LNG），舒緩了歐洲的燃眉之急。

根據牛津能源研究所數據，歐洲國家在 2022 年中後期以巨大的代價，吸納了全球液化天然氣供應，進口量從 2021 年的 830 億立方米增加到 2022 年的 1410 立方米，等於抵消從俄羅斯管道接收天然氣的4分之3。

數據還顯示，2023年1 月 1 日，歐洲天然氣儲量比一年前多出約 310億立方米 ，讓歐洲在新年伊始就處於非常有利的位置。

那麼歐洲是否已經贏得了能源戰爭？牛津大學新學院經濟政策教授、歐盟委員會前能源顧問 ter Helm 說， 用「贏」這個詞來形容，有點太大膽了，現在還是初冬，還存在許多不確性，但歐洲的表現比大多數評論員預期的要好得多。
