歐盟禁令生效不影響 俄石油轉移亞洲國家

〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕歐盟於本月5日正式禁止進口俄羅斯原油，至今1週，除了少量運往保加利亞外，俄國幾乎不再是歐洲原油供應國，但出口量卻不減反增，近90%流向亞洲國家。

《彭博》報導，這些原油被轉移到亞洲國家，油輪船隊在歐洲周圍航行，並通過蘇伊士運河，將貨物運往印度、中國等。據船舶追蹤數據顯示，截至12月9日的1週內，此航線的每日石油運輸量激增至超過300萬桶。

截至12月9日的1週內，俄國海運原油出口量增加46.8萬桶至345萬桶，占當週從俄國港口出口的原油總量89%，而波動較小的4週平均值也有所上升。

從波羅的海、黑海和北極港口裝載原油中，有一半以上未標明最終目的地的船隻駛往蘇伊士運河。目前尚不清楚這些石油是否已全售出。

目前俄國仍未對歐盟禁令與俄油價格上限機制採取報復行動。俄國政府僅表示，拒絕向實施俄油價格上限的國家銷售原油，但這種威脅是空洞的，因為這些國家已禁止進口俄國原油。
