研究機構：美中晶片戰 沒有和解的可能

〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕美國公佈限制向中國銷售半導體和晶片製造設備的政策後，財經觀察家表示美中正式陷入經濟戰，中國分析家則稱，兩國已經沒有和解的可能。

美國打擊中國晶片業，日前將31家中企列入無法審查的黑名單公司，主要是基於如果中國政府阻止美國官員對列入未經核實名單的公司進行現場檢查，美國當局在60天後開始添加到實體名單中。新法規還將嚴格限制美國設備向中國製造商出口，並正式向輝達和AMD發送通知信函。

中國晶片研究機構芯謀研究（ICwise）負責人在評論中寫道：「美國已決心用晶片作為遏制中國的工具、沒有和解的可能了」。SemiAnalysis首席分析師迪倫·帕特爾 （Dylan Patel） 則表示，兩國現在正式陷入經濟戰，他說：「這是美國對中國建設國內技術能力的猛烈抨擊。」他估計，這些限制措施可能會使全球技術和工業貿易減少數千億美元。

受此消息影響，歐洲和中國半導體股今天都大跌。最先進的半導體生產設備製造商ASML股價下跌超過3%；Bellwether Semiconductor Manufacturing週一在香港下跌達5.2%，為8月15日以來的最大跌幅；華虹半導體跌10%、上海復旦微電子集團跌25%、Naura在中國內地跌停10%，為4月以來最大跌幅。

美國這些措施是拜登政府迄今為止最激進的行動，試圖阻止中國發展視為威脅的半導體技術能力。影響層面可能會遠遠超出半導體產業，並延伸到依賴高階晶片的業，從電動汽車、航空航太到智慧手機等行業。中國外交部表示，這些措施不公平，將對全球產業供應鏈和全球經濟復甦造成打擊。
