〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕太平洋建設（2506）第4季起完工交屋量能將逐步放大，新竹總銷9億多元的「陽光四季」1期別墅案已進入交屋入帳階段，在該案入帳貢獻下，可望帶動今年全年營運轉強，後續還有其他開發案完工，展望明年營運不看淡，今（22日）太設股價盤中漲停至10.7元，收盤價回落至10.4元，漲幅6.56%，成交量1萬9724張。
據了解，太設第4季迎來總銷9億多元的「陽光四季」1期別墅案完工入帳，且在預售時已100%完銷，累計今年前11月營收高達10.84億元，年增38%，市場更預期該公司單季業績還有望衝高。

另外，太設表示，手中的6筆開發案中，除了新竹的「陽光四季」1期別墅案今年第4季完工，且已完銷、正陸續交屋中，還有台北東區「太平洋敦南麗舍」預估2024年會完工交屋，也於預售時便已完銷，該公司也透露，為了挹注業績，「陽光四季」2期將規劃分成6、7、8三個街廓開發，「宜蘭建業」案則在今年12月進入申請建照程序。
