葉國一：AI軟硬實力整合生技醫療 台灣可建立「富」國神山

〔記者方韋傑／台北報導〕英業達（2356）集團創辦人葉國一今天出席生策中心國家新創獎活動，代表公司簽約加入「新創幫投資聯盟」 ，葉國一說，台灣不只有台積電（2330）一座護國神山，若將資源通訊產業在AI軟硬體實力與生技醫療加以整合，台灣將會有「富」國神山。

葉國一回憶，在1972年投入電子產業時，電晶體主要仰賴進口，當時的主管機關（警備總部）審核流程繁複，導致整體生產進度遞延，後來法規鬆綁才讓台灣電子產業起飛，目前台灣的生技產業也面臨相同的處境，若相關法令限制能夠於以解套，相信會有好幾座「富」國神山。

葉國一說，自己在疫情期間透過投資國內工廠生產快篩試劑，但國內醫材認證速度太盡理想，導致生產出來的快篩試劑被衛生單位認定違法，相當可惜，而英業達目前也提供集團1000位女性員工癌症血液檢測，也與國內健康類型的保險產品相結合。

葉國一稱，自己近期也做了癌症血檢，只需4個小時就能知道罹癌可能性，根據醫師的看法，一般人體內良性腫瘤5顆以內都算正常，而自己則是1顆都沒有，葉也提到1位認識的牙醫師，今年才因胰臟癌去世，享壽63歲，因此，葉再三強調預防疾病的重要性。

葉國一認為，台灣生技產業其實可以使用科技業的AI軟硬實力，縮短產品上市時間，讓生技與科技深度融合，配合法規的鬆綁，「可能真的好幾座富國神山就出來了」，葉在砸重金贊助生技技術時也絲毫不手軟，「成不成功，坦白說我不知道，只是剛好有機會，很多錢，但我也帶不走」。
