Micro LED商品化 研調：LED產業最具爆發力領域

〔記者方韋傑／台北報導〕台廠Micro LED業者持續推進佈局，錼創-KY（6854）已攜手富采（3714）、友達（2409）逐漸建構生態系，研調機構集邦（TrendForce）指出，今年是Micro LED做為顯示技術正式商品化的1年，預估2022年至2027年市場規模年均複合成長率將達111%，將成為LED產業中最具爆發潛力的應用領域。

根據集邦觀察，國際品牌大廠除了在終端產品導入OLED（有機發光二極體）之外，也著重Micro LED（微發光二極體）應用的可能性，例如蘋果的Micro LED版本Apple Watch，雖然預計量產時程延後至2026年，不過也確定將採用8吋Micro LED晶片，為後續壓縮成本奠定新方向。

集邦也提到，錼創-KY韓系大客戶三星（Samsung）旗下大型Micro LED顯示器已於今年第3季正式出貨，儘管全年出貨規模仍不到百台，但預期未來產品良率提升之下，2024年出貨量成長幅度將挑戰年增10倍。

從錼創-KY 佈局來看，現有的6吋Micro LED產線月產能1500至2000片，除持續供應韓系客戶，也將於年底與友達合作量產智慧手錶，攜手客戶測試消費者反應，同時也鎖定8吋、12吋產品的開發作業，時程上最快2年後就能供應市場需求，與蘋果Apple Watch推出時間前後呼應。

供應鏈人士指出，錼創-KY、友達與富采持續針對Micro LED的晶片載板（COC）製程進行整合，並形成戰略聯盟、共同擴大產能，搭配原先就已重點佈局的巨量轉移工藝，可望達到更有效率的生產成本管理，為將來Micro LED顯示產品的價格合理化，提供更實際的有利條件。
