資金撤中不回頭？華府智庫：外資2024不會重返中國

〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕由於中國對西方企業敵意加重，外資逃之夭夭，華府智庫學者表示，外國投資人正在拋售中國的資產，明年（2024）可能不會再重返中國。

彼得森研究所高級研究員洛夫利（Mary Lovely）接受彭博電視台訪問時指出，儘管中國領導人習近平承認外國資本的重要性，但北京的政策仍然對外資產生「寒蟬效應」。

洛夫利說，「我們的最新發現是，不僅外國對中國的投資下降了，而且外國投資者還拋售中國資產，這是我們從來沒見過的情況。」

除了賣掉中國資產外，海外投資人也開始看空中國股票，2023 年購買中國股票的金額創下歷史新低。

洛夫利指出，中國的領導階層可能會維持對外國公司的嚴格監管，同時讓共產黨在管理經濟方面發揮更大的作用。與此同時，美國政策也可能優先考慮將供應鏈從中國轉移，「我們可能會在 2024 年的大部分時間裡，看到中國的外國投資低迷」。
