第5屆公益彩券明年開賣 這2種產品將下架

〔記者鄭琪芳／台北報導〕第5屆公益彩券將於明年1月1日起開賣，據經銷商透露，初期電腦型彩券不會推出新產品，且有2種產品將下架，包括「雙贏彩」及「38樂合彩」；此外，有4種產品將取消「封牌」，包括39樂合彩、49樂合彩、3星彩及4星彩，但改設定總獎金上限。
目前3星彩、4星彩、39樂合彩、49樂合彩等產品有「封牌」限制，即同一組熱門號碼投注注數超過上限，就會「封牌」不能再投注。舉例而言，2017年發生「815」大停電事件，「815」成超夯投注號碼，當天3星彩正彩因「815」達1500注投注上限而封牌。

此外，目前大樂透5獎至普獎採固定獎金，但偶爾會因中獎注數過多，導致5獎至普獎獎金合計超過當期總獎金65%，因此出現普獎獎金縮水的情況。據了解，台彩擬調高5獎至普獎占總獎金比率至75%，以減少普獎獎金縮水的情況。
