立委現勘大潭藻礁 促持續調查中油三接影響

〔記者周敏鴻／桃園報導〕立法委員陳椒華今邀2021藻礁公投領銜人潘忠政，與環境部、桃園市政府相關單位現勘大潭藻礁生態，陳椒華說，一級保育類柴山多（杯）孔珊瑚面積，與先前的觀察紀錄比較，面積縮小了，顯示開發未讓生態更豐富，還帶來負面影響，環境部等相關單位應持續調查中油三接開發對藻礁的影響。
陳椒華等人上午前往大潭電廠後方的G2藻礁區，現勘藻礁生態，同行的還有中油專案委託的海洋大學調查團隊，潘忠政提出影片指出，2021年4月29日的調查顯示，曾有水下藻礁達3公尺的紀錄，很少看到礫石；2021年9月4日的調查，就顯示三接施工後，多處藻礁生態受到影響；今年6月的調查，發現過去找得到柴山多孔珊瑚的41個點，只剩下5個點找得到柴山多孔珊瑚。

中油副總李皇章回應，中油針對藻礁生態的變化，已委外由專業團體調查，再對外報告量化數據，絕無造假；如今出現礫石，是否為裝置沉箱時帶來的，仍待專業討論；海洋大學副校長冉繁華補充，海洋大學5月接受中油委託後，每個月都會調查，團隊會以開放的態度，將藻礁志工的調查資料與方法都納入比較，持續監控中油三接開發對藻礁的影響。
