安哥拉退OPEC後可能增產 國際油價下跌

〔記者林浥樺／綜合報導〕市場預期，安哥拉在退出OPEC後將增加產量，國際油價週五（22日）下跌，不過由於美國經濟利多消息，加上葉門叛軍「青年運動」（Houthi）在紅海攻擊船隻，市場憂心將提高供應成本，國際油價本週週線收紅。

紐約西德州中級原油2月交割價下跌0.33美元，或0.5%，收每桶73.56美元。

布蘭特原油2月交割價下跌0.32美元，或0.4%，收每桶79.07美元。

2大原油期貨本週漲幅約在3%。

由於紅海船隻襲擊危機，越來越多的海運公司避開紅海航線，改採取更安全但更長的航線，PVM分析師伊凡斯 （John Evans）表示，供應中斷並非紅海局勢影響油價的唯一因素，包含運費和保險方面的成本正在增加。

與此同時，安哥拉決定退出OPEC，可能為中國投資該國原油和其他部門更加有利，安哥拉每天生產約110萬桶原油。但Price Futures Group分析師佛林（Phil Flynn）對此表示，就算中國資金大規模進入安哥拉，安哥拉石油產量的增加也需要一段時間。他指出，美國的通膨數據和青年運動在紅海地區的攻擊，其支撐油價的作用，大於安哥拉可能的產量增加。
