〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕晶圓代工大廠聯電（2303）傳出將技轉12奈米製程技術予美國晶片大廠英特爾（Intel），並將拿到上百億元授權金，為業外增添大補丸。

媒體援引供應鏈消息報導，聯電將技轉12奈米制程技術予英特爾，雙方將於近期簽訂合作意向書。

報導指出，聯電12奈米安謀（Arm）架構因對主攻x86架構的英特爾產生互補性，因此獲得英特爾青睞，在雙方簽訂合作意向書後，聯電將分階段獲得上百億元授權金。

報導認為，聯電12奈米授權英特爾可說是美中對峙下，爲台美半導體業重大技術合作開啓新紀元。

對於上述報導，聯電拒絕置評，僅稱12奈米是公司目前重點發展的製程之一。
