今年全球晶圓大產能 中國18座新廠參戰

〔記者吳孟峰／綜合報導〕根據全球半導體產業協會（SEMI）對全球晶圓廠預測報告，預計 2024年產能將成長6.4%，達到每月超過3000萬片晶圓產能。中國在政府支助下預計將有18座新晶圓廠於2024年投產。

2023年晶圓每月產量增長5.5%至2960萬片，2024年將大幅增長6.4%。這一擴張主要是由英特爾、台積電和三星代工廠所推動，因為在人工智慧智慧（AI）和高效能運算（HPC）應用持續快速成長下的需求大增。

SEMI預計，從2022年到2024年，將有多達82個新晶圓廠上線，其中包括計劃於2023年投產的11個項目和2024年的42個項目。這些新工廠將使用從100毫米到300毫米的一系列晶圓尺寸以及數十個成熟和成熟的晶圓廠。除了領先的製程技術，顯示整個半導體產業的多元化擴張。

中國估計2023年晶圓製造商產能將年增12%，達到每月760萬片；到2024年加速至13%，產能達到860萬片。預計2024年中國將有18座新晶圓廠投入營運。

台灣仍將是第二大半導體產能國，預計2023年將增至540萬片，2024年將增至570萬片。

韓國和日本緊追在後，預計韓國將在2024年達到510萬片。美洲、歐洲、中東和東南亞也在為成長做好準備，每個地區都將在2024年開設幾座新晶圓廠。
