中衝刺電動車 「里程焦慮」專利領先各國

〔記者林菁樺／台北報導〕面對中國大舉補貼新能源車（含純電、混合動力），企圖彎道超車美日歐等傳統汽車大國，除了歐盟展開反補貼調查，美國電動車補助也設下「卡中」關卡。經濟部智慧局最新「車輛智慧座艙系統關鍵技術專利趨勢分析」報告指出，中國在「電動車（Electric Vehicle）里程焦慮」的創新專利申請上，占比超過八成，奪下全球第一。

智慧局為了協助我國廠商掌握智慧座艙技術發展趨勢，針對「智慧座艙」相關專利，以常見的「視覺、聽覺、智能互動、娛樂體驗」等相關技術共四專利進行分析。

在智能互動相關專利中，有一項是「電動車里程焦慮」，主要是電動車市場逐年成長，但電池續航力、基礎設施未跟上銷售速度等，因此出現路徑選擇、里程估計、V2V（電力交易）、電池模組設計等技術。例如「里程估計」可透過路徑地形、交通及天氣等多項因素的綜合分析，估算剩餘可行駛里程，減緩駕駛者對於沒電拋錨的憂慮。

以電動車里程焦慮專利數量分析，中國二二四件、占比八十一．四五％，其次是美國十四件、印度十三件；而該領域的前十大申請人有蔚來汽車、浙江吉利控股、北京汽車等，可看出中國對新能源車市場卡位的企圖。

「里程焦慮」相關成長趨勢值得注意，二○一二年之前沒有任何相關專利申請，但二○二○至二○二二年有三倍成長。

智慧局指出，智慧座艙相關專利申請量都集中在中國、美國、日本、歐洲及韓國五個國家或區域，但美、日、歐洲及韓國是傳統燃油車強國，中國在燃油引擎相關技術難以追趕，只能積極卡位電動車相關技術專利，企圖彎道超車傳統汽車強國。
