國銀插旗日本掀熱潮 明年2家銀行有意擴點
〔中央社〕跟隨台積電腳步，國銀掀起插旗日本熱潮，金管會今天證實，明年還有2家國銀有意在日本設點，其中一家為尚未在日本設點的銀行，另一家為已經在日本設有分行的銀行。
台積電赴日設廠，帶動台資銀行赴日本設點熱潮，台新銀行今年11月取得日本金融廳核准，將在現有東京分行底下增設福岡出張所（支行），臺灣銀行今年12月也取得金管會核准，將向日本主管機關申設福岡代表人辦事處。

根據金管會統計，截至今天為止，有8家本國銀行在日本地區設有10家分行及1家子行。金管會銀行局副局長林志吉今天在例行記者會證實，經過初步調查，有2家銀行明年有意在日本擴點。
其中一家為尚未在日本設點的銀行，評估明年赴日本設點，確切地點尚未定案；另一家為已在日本設有分行的銀行，研擬明年於熊本、福岡增設據點，但完整規劃還要待明年下半年後才較為明朗。
此外，金管會2020年8月推出「媲美星港」財管2.0方案，開放銀行申請辦理資產超過億元高資產客戶業務，目前已有11家銀行獲准開辦財管2.0業務。
因財管2.0執照為3年一期，2020年12月31日首批取得執照的中信銀、兆豐銀及上海商銀，若要續辦財管2.0業務，必須在今年底前取得金管會同意續牌。
林志吉今天表示，除了兆豐銀及上海商銀日前取得金管會同意續牌外，中信銀同樣已取得金管會同意續牌。（編輯：楊昭彥）1121229
