中國拖累 亞銀：下調亞洲發展國家今年經濟成長率

〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕中國經濟復甦疲軟及房產市場危機，拖累亞太地區經濟成長前景。週三，亞洲銀行（ADB）下調亞洲發展中國家今年的成長預測，由原先預估的4.8%降至4.7%，反映整個亞洲區經濟放緩。

雖然今年亞太地區成長預測被下調，但明年的成長預測則從先前的4.7%上調至 4.8%。《路透》報導，亞洲發展中國家是由亞太地區46個經濟體組成，不包括日本、澳洲和紐西蘭。

亞銀在週三發布的《亞洲發展展望》報告中指出，中國的房地產危機「構成下行風險，可能阻礙亞太地區成長」。此外，全球的高利率則加深金融的不穩定風險。此外，俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭造成的部分供應鏈中斷、出口限制，以及聖嬰現象，造成乾旱及洪水風險增加，可能再次引發糧食價漲，以及糧食安全等問題。

亞銀經濟學家艾伯特·帕克表示，儘管外部需求減少，出口疲軟，但亞太地區國內的消費和投資仍相當強勁，亞太地區經濟呈現彈性成長。

亞銀下調了今年東亞、南亞和東南亞的成長預測，預計中國和印度將分別成長4.9%和6.3%，略低於7月5.0%和6.4%的成長預測。至於2024年中國和印度的成長預測，分別是4.5%和6.7%。

亞銀預計，今年亞洲發展中國家的通貨膨脹率，將從去年的4.4%放緩至3.6%，在明年將進一步放緩至3.5%，為各國央行提供政策空間。亞銀表示，未來各國升息和寬鬆週期將有所不同。
