被告涉嫌利用犯罪所得購買豪華汽車、Tether穩定幣，在其中一起案件中，還斥資2300萬新元購買位於該市黃金購物區附近的一間高檔公寓。據稱，一些人還擁有數百萬美元的保險箱。
另外，根據彭博看到的商業文件，新加坡最大的銀行星展集團和華僑銀行的私人銀行部門新加坡銀行都是與兩名被告個人有關的投資公司的債權人。
