5成南韓財閥繼承人質押股票付遺產稅 三星付1154億

南韓遺產稅率高，有5成財閥的家族成員質押股票借錢支付遺產稅。（美聯）

〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕韓劇常上演的財閥家族，在現實中要繳納的遺產稅高得嚇人。週三，南韓媒體引述一家商業智庫表示，已故的三星集團會長李健熙，其3名繼承人以各自持有的三星股票進行質押，以獲得銀行貸款，支付高達巨額的遺產稅。

報導中指出，首爾商業智庫Leaders Index表示，李健熙的妻子洪羅熙 （Hong Ra-hee） 和他的兩個女兒lee Boo-jin（李富真）和lee Seo-hyun（李敍顯）質押股票，所獲得的銀行貸款總額，在過去1年增加了2.19兆韓元（約新台幣529億元），達到4.78兆韓元（約新台幣1154億元）。

南韓的遺產稅最高稅率為50%，僅次於日本55%，為第2高水準，遠高於經濟合作暨發展組織（OECD）25%的平均水平。

Leaders Index表示，在觀察的72家財閥中，有36家集團所有者，至少有1名直系親屬通過質押股票來獲得銀行貸款。

LG集團會長的5名家族成員，質押股票所獲得的貸款金額也從1459億韓元（約新台幣35.24億元），增加到2747億韓元（約新台幣66.35億元），而韓國第3大財閥SK集團，其10名家族成員也是透過質押SK和SK Discovery股票，向銀行借5575億韓元（約新台幣134.67億元）。
