涉售機密晶片技術給中俄 2中國人、2法國人遭法方起訴

〔中央社〕法國一名司法部門消息人士今天表示，當局已對4人提出指控，因為他們涉嫌向中國和俄羅斯出售高科技工業機密。

《法新社》引述消息人士說法報導，自3月24日以來已有4人遭到指控，包括2名中國人和2名法國人，其中包括高科技公司Ommic的2名高階主管。Ommic是一家總部位於巴黎附近的半導體公司，擁有100多名員工。

美國晶片製造商和康電訊（Macom Technology）今年稍早同意收購Ommic，並表示將把這座法國工廠打造成歐洲半導體中心。

《巴黎人日報（Le Parisien）》報導，Ommic已逐漸受到63歲中國公民張若丹（Ruoadan Zhang）控制。他透過在法國創建的投資基金購買Ommic高達94％的資本，並於2018年成為Ommic總裁。

消息人士表示，Ommic總經理羅齊（Marc Rocchi）和一名中國籍經理涉嫌違背法國國家利益，向外國勢力提供系統、文件或檔案等資訊。

一旦罪名成立，他們將面臨最高15年徒刑。

據《巴黎人日報》，羅齊遭控故意規避規則，向中國和俄羅斯提供功能強大的晶片與敏感技術資訊。

率先披露此案的《巴黎人日報》指出，調查人員發現疑似價值近1200萬歐元（約新台幣4億元）的技術出口。

據報導，Ommic的法國經理涉嫌親自交付晶片給俄羅斯客戶，還利用偽造文件將產品出口給中國軍火製造商。

《巴黎人日報》指出，法國反間諜機構懷疑中國投資人正設法將法國技術轉移到中國，特別是Ommic專精的半導體製造技術能力。
