迪士尼控告Google收服務費 違反壟斷法
迪士尼公司因Google在應用程式收費，向法院提起訴訟。（路透）
〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕跨國科技公司Google和蘋果一樣，因手機作業系統的主導地位頻頻遭到各國監管機構調查，18日傳迪士尼公司也針對Google在應用程式收費系統，向印度法院提起訴訟。
外媒報導，印度競爭監管機構今年5月已開始對Google進行調查，該公司曾遭到其他國家的科技公司指控，強迫App開發者使用其支付系統，且限制應用內支付與發送遊戲的權力，已違反反壟斷法，如今有消息人士透露，迪士尼也為此向印度法院提起訴訟。

Google一直都將印度視為主要的發展市場，對於迪士尼的提告，Google尚未回應，但過去曾回應收取服務費的用意，主要是對Google Play應用商店和Android行動操作系統的投資，以確保免費下載，包含開發者工具和分析的服務。
