加拿大西岸港口大罷工 擾亂全球貨運

〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕加拿大最繁忙的溫哥華港以及西岸各港口工人，因勞資談判破局，今天起展開罷工，這場勞資紛爭恐擾亂全球貨運。

綜合外電報導，經過幾個月的談判失敗後，加拿大30個港口的7000多名碼頭裝卸工人和49名雇主發起罷工，這次罷工由國際碼頭暨倉儲工會（International Longshore and Warehouse Union, ILWU）率領，將影響卑詩省約30個港口49間海運公司，包括加拿大最繁忙的溫哥華港（Port of Vancouver）及魯珀太子港（Port of Prince Rupert）等。

這場罷工將影響美國與經由加拿大運送到其它市場的貨物，衝擊不小。碼頭營運商表示，2020年經由西岸港口處理的貨物量，佔加拿大貿易商品總量的16%。光是溫哥華港每年就處理了價值約3050億加元的貨物，為加國貢獻年產值119億加元。

卑詩省海事僱主協會表示，經過多次努力，並在關鍵優先事項上尋求妥協，最終未獲成功。資方則說，希望透過談判達成協議，勞工部長奧雷根也強調，派出的協調員會繼續就談判提供支援。
