高市去年度地方稅超徵3億元 土增稅不如預期

〔記者侯承旭／高雄報導〕去年度全國稅收超徵約4500億元，引發社會廣泛討論，高雄市去年度地方稅收逾425億元，超徵約3億元。
根據高市府最新統計，去年度高雄市稅捐收入全年預算數為422.61億元，全年實徵淨額為425.66億元，比預算數超徵約3.05億元，預算達成率100.7%。

若與2021年相比，去年高雄市地方稅實徵淨額小幅衰退了10.86億元，減幅約2.5%。
去年度高雄市除了娛樂稅與土增稅未達成目標外，其餘稅目達成率都超過100%。去年度高雄市娛樂稅預算數為1.93億元，因上半年受疫情衝擊，達成率為89.3%。
去年度高雄市土增稅預算數為82.6億元，實徵淨額為75.63億元，達成率91.6%，比預算數短徵約6.96億元。去年高雄市的房市交易對比前年略微降溫，致使土增稅收不如預期。
