〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕美國電腦製造商「戴爾（Dell）」日前被爆出，公司計畫在2024年停用中國製晶片，並已告知供應商將大幅降低在產品中使用中國製晶片，消息一出，引發外界關注。現最媒體最新報導指出，戴爾已註銷其在中國多家分支機構。
《日本經濟新聞》日前引述知情人士消息報導，指戴爾2022年底通知供應商，表明希望大幅降低在產品中使用的中國製晶片，當中包括非中國供應商在中國工廠生產的晶片，目標在2024年其產品中使用的所有晶片，都在中國以外的工廠生產。

不僅如此，戴爾還要求其模組、印刷電路板等其他零組件供應商，以及其組裝代工廠籌備在中國以外的產能。
上述消息一出，引發外界關注。然而現有最新報導指出，戴爾已註銷其在中國多家分支機構。
根據中國訊息網站「天眼查」App顯示，戴爾在中國國内的關聯公司「戴爾（中國）有限公司」旗下8家分支機構已被注銷或吊銷，當中包括戴爾 （中國） 有限公司杭州辦事處、戴爾 （中國） 有限公司成都分公司等。
據介紹顯示，戴爾（中國）有限公司成立於1997年12月，法定代表人為張耀華，註冊資本2680萬美元（約新台幣8.2億元），由DELL ASIA HOLDINGS PTE.LTD全資控股。而戴爾（中國）有限公司旗下共有20餘家分支機構，包括瀋陽分公司、西安分公司、南京分公司以及上述已被註銷的辦事處與分公司等。
對於戴爾近來頻頻動作，有市場人士認為，戴爾現在的生產很大程度上依靠中國供應鏈，若要去找替代方案，短時間不容易解決。且若造成供應不足的情況，則將對戴爾的發展不利，將造成競爭力下降的情況。
