美非簽署合作備忘錄 拜登：非洲成功 美國就會成功

〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕美國總統拜登（Joe Biden）週三 （14 日） 在美非商業論壇中宣布，美國和非洲各國正簽署合作備忘錄，美國政府將「全面投入」非洲未來，承諾提供政府資金和私人投資，以幫助非洲的國家與企業。

外媒報導，拜登宣布美國將投資3.5億美元促進非洲參與數字經濟，美國國際開發金融公司將投資近3.7億美元用於新項目。

美非高峰會在2014年首度舉行，時隔８年，再度召開，自週二（13日）起，為期3天。參與的國家包含美國及來自非洲的 50 位領導人，旨在加強美國與非洲的未來關係並對抗中國和俄羅斯的影響。

拜登表示，美國將全力支持非洲的未來發展，同時，宣布與非洲就自由貿易安全達成合作備忘錄以釋放新的貿易機會，並投資基礎設施以促進非洲內部貿易。

拜登說：「當非洲成功時，美國就會成功。坦率地說，整個世界也取得了成功」。
