美升高管制 彭博：中芯明年營收年成長恐腰斬

〔編譯魏國金／台北報導〕彭博資訊（bloomberg Intelligence）推估，美國對中國取得先進技術的管制恐使中國最大晶片代工廠中芯國際明年的營收增長腰斬。
分析師 Charles Shum報告說，中芯2023年的銷售成長恐較先前預估5%，降到只剩2.5%因其明年裝置的產能約48%需來自科林（Lam Research）、應用材料等公司的設備。

該推估是基於分析師對中芯產能衝擊的估算，不包括價格波動或利用率水平的影響。彭博先前預測，中芯2022年整體銷售成長逾38%，2023年約5%。中芯股價週一盤中重挫達5.2%。
該分析報告指出，由於美國更加嚴格的出口管制要求，中芯2023年營收成長恐較先前預估降低50%，因為明年中芯將裝置的新產能中有48%用於28奈米以下製程，這將需要美國設備商，例如科林與應材的供應。
拜登政府上週宣佈一系列旨在遏阻中國發展半導體實力的管制措施，相關措施包括限制用於人工智慧、高效能運算與超級電腦等特定晶片的出口，以及收緊對所有中國企業出售半導體生產設備的規範。
總部位於上海的中芯國際已被美國列入黑名單。彭博7月報導說，中芯今年在7奈米製程上取得突破性進展，7奈米是中國目前最先進的製程。
