美晶片禁令打不到共軍？中媒自嘲：解放軍晶片技術落後

〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕南華早報報導，美國對中國半導體出口禁令以高階晶片為主，對中國解放軍根本起不了作用，因為共軍使用的晶片技術門檻，遠低於民用領域，美國最新禁令無法重擊中國武器生產。

《南華早報》報導，美中科技戰持續升級，華盛頓不僅擴大制裁中國實體，也限制許多關鍵技術和高科技產品出口到中國，包括頂尖晶片。還禁止美籍人士在中國半導體企業任職及提供技術支援，以遏制中國先進半導體發展，同時攔阻解放軍獲得具軍事用途的敏感技術。

不過，分析師研判，美國半導體出口禁令不太可能對中國解放軍產生立竿見影的衝擊，新禁令對中國軍用晶片而言，技術門檻太高了。

澳門軍事專家黃東（Antony Wong Tong）解釋，當前民用晶片技術遠遠超過軍用晶片技術水平。但是黃東不諱言，先進的民用技術、標準和產品已被廣泛運用於全球軍事領域，中國應該加快軍民融合，發展兩用技術。

中國軍事評論員宋忠平（音譯，Song Zhongping） 也稱，軍事裝備需要很長的時間開發，目前傾向使用前幾代技術所開發的晶片為主，兼具穩定性、抗干擾性和環境適應性。
