確診率高影響！中華郵政獎金首縮水 恐少0.3到0.5個月

〔記者陳心瑜／台北報導〕中華郵政員工往年平均可領4.4個月年終和績效獎金，但今年度恐首度縮水0.3到0.5個月不等，將是中華郵政公司化19年來首度縮水。中華郵政總經理江瑞堂說，由於今年調薪4%加上員工確診率高提高人事支出，影響年終和績效獎金額度，今年剩下兩個多月，要求各單位精簡用人費用支出，希望影響降到最低。
中華郵政員工往年平均可領到4.4個月年終和績效獎金，江瑞堂說，郵局員工平均4成確診較一般民眾3成還高，提高用人費用支出，由於第一線人員和一般民眾接觸頻繁，所以確診平均稍微高一點，補足人力也要增加開銷（加班費），加上也有員工家屬確診，員工會請防疫照顧假，因此增加開銷。

江瑞堂說，人事費用若以此速度持續支出，用人費將超過288億元上限，因為還有兩個多月，要求各郵局精簡用人費用的支出，要求工作勞逸平均，減少不必要的加班費，沒有必要的支出盡量避免，將會嚴格審核，盼將超出限額和影響減到最低。
