〔記者陳梅英／台北報導〕根據TrendForce旗下WitsView最新面板報價，9月電視面板需求仍弱，不過主流顯示器與筆電面板因價格逼近現金成本，以及面板廠持續減產效應，跌勢已開始收斂。

TrendForce研究副總范博毓指出，時序來到9月，電視面板需求依然處於弱勢，雖然面板廠持續進行產能調控，不過面板價格下行趨勢不變。

8月下旬中國限電措施雖然對32吋與50吋電視面板帶來些許穩盤效果，隨短期效應結束，9月32吋與50吋預期仍下跌2美元，43吋更因面板推出成本優化版本，9月跌幅略加大，預計下跌4美元；55吋預計下跌5美元，75吋以上大尺寸面板跌幅仍大，9月預計將下跌14美元。

IT面板 跌勢開始收斂

不過，IT面板包括主流顯示器以及筆電最近跌幅均有收斂跡象。范博毓說，顯示器面板因主流尺寸價格逼近現金成本，面板廠陸續在顯示器面板進行產能調控，其中，21.5吋以下TN面板因供給逐漸減少，也不是主流尺寸，跌幅收斂明顯，9月預計跌0.5美元；21.5吋IPS面板預計下跌1~2美元，23.8吋顯示器面板預計下跌2美元，27吋下跌2~3美元。

筆電面板需求仍處於低檔，目前預期9月份11.6吋跌0.1美元、14吋/15.6吋HD TN面板下跌約1美元，14吋/15.6吋FHD IPS面板下跌2美元，整體跌勢有收斂跡象。
