越南Q3經濟亮眼 低基期下GDP年增逾13％

〔中央社〕越南統計總局表示，第3季GDP成長率13.67%。不過由於越南去年祭出封鎖措施應對COVID-19疫情，進而拖垮當時的經濟表現。在低基期下，越南今年Q3經濟數據格外亮眼。

越通社（VNA）報導，越南統計總局（GSO）今天召開記者會，公布越南經濟社會發展情況。統計總局局長阮氏香（Nguyen Thi Huong）表示，第3季國內生產毛額（GDP）預計比去年同期成長13.67%。

越南統計總局傳統上會在當月或當季結束前公布經濟數據，之後再修改。

越南去年第3季遭COVID-19（2019冠狀病毒疾病）嚴重衝擊，官方為了控制疫情在幾個重要省市祭出嚴格的封鎖措施，部分企業因而停止生產，導致越南去年Q3經濟萎縮逾6%。

越南統計總局數據顯示，今年第3季農林漁業成長3.24%

；工業和營造業成長12.91%；服務業成長18.86%。這些成果推升今年前3季GDP成長率達8.83%，創下12年來同期新高。

不過越南與世界多個國家一樣都面臨通膨考驗，越南國家銀行（SBV，越南央行）上週上調政策利率。越南統計總局指出，越南9月消費者物價指數（CPI）年增率為3.94%，與去年12月相較成長4.01%。

越南今年的經濟成長率目標設訂為6%至6.5%，並希望將通膨率控制在4%。
