海關證實出口商被要求加註「中國台灣」 洽詢中方尚未回覆

〔記者鄭琪芳／台北報導〕對於中國要求台灣輸中貨物改標「中國台灣」，財政部關務署副署長蘇淑貞今證實，經濟部國貿局上週五確實轉來一個案件，一家出口商被要中國海關要求在交易文件上加註「中國台灣」，希望相關單位協助處理，海關已透過窗口聯繫中方，但目前中國海關尚未回覆。
根據「貨品輸出管理辦法」規定，出口貨品產地僅能標示「中華民國」、「中華民國台灣」或「台灣」製造，或以同義外文標示，但中國要求台灣輸中貨物改標「中國台灣」，引發出口商困擾。對此，蘇淑貞表示，業者若遇到相關問題，可以向陸委會、貿易局或關務署反應，海關會透過窗口與中方協商，協助業者處理問題。
