櫃買中心：8/18起7家上櫃公司調整交易方式

〔記者歐宇祥／台北報導〕櫃買中心表示，經過審閱上櫃公司第2季財報後，上櫃有價證券應調整交易方式共計有7家，其中新增4家為全額交割股，自8月18日起實施。
新增4家為全額交割股
櫃買中心表示，易威（1799）、御頂（3522）、宏易（4530）及寶得利（5301）因財報顯示淨值已低於所列示股本二分之一，因此變更交易方法為全額交割股。其中除了御頂（3522）因辦理減資暨換股作業，自8月18日至25日停止買賣，因而延期至26日實施外，其餘公司都自18日起實施。

而駿熠電（3642）及尚茂 （8291）2家公司因會計師對其第2季財務報告出具繼續經營能力存在重大不確定性的核閱報告，且財務報告顯示淨值已低於所列示股本十分之三，因此「繼續變更交易方法並新增採分盤方式交易」。
此外，天蔥（2740）則因財報顯示，其淨值已不低於所列示股本二分之一、且較前期增加，也沒有其他各款應變更交易方法之情事，因此恢復為普通交割。
