〔記者卓怡君／台北報導〕工業電腦樺漢（6414）重要子公司Kontron AG董事會通過出售部分IT Service業務，預計Kontron AG處分利益1.92億歐元。
為更進一步深耕IoT技術領域之發展，並基於策略性考量，Kontron AG將出售不包括奧地利、羅馬尼亞及匈牙利市場之IT Service業務，交易相對人為VINCI Energies S.A 為法國上市公司，其旗下包括 Axians品牌，VINCE 係從事全球資通訊技術之集團公司。

Kontron集團擬出售之部分IT Service業務於2021年營收為3.38億歐元，EBITDA為4100萬歐元，本次交易價格約為4億歐元，尚待交易雙方主管機關反壟斷審查通過。
樺漢目前持有Kontron集團27.6%，考量Kontron集團規劃轉型至毛利率更高的IoT產業，未來獲利能力將有所提升，且出售資產取得之現金將有助於改善Kontron之財務結構，樺漢對此出售案樂觀其成並予支持。
Kontron集團預計於2022年8月31日之資本市場日（Capital Market Day）詳細說明新Kontron之策略與改變。
