〔記者黃皓宸／台北報導〕紡織廠如興（4414）因爆財務危機，遭證交所令於7月27日起打入全額交割股，股價於上週連吃4根跌停板，今開盤打開跌停，以2.77元開出，跌4.48%，不過，在買盤進場，股價翻紅，一度回到3元，不過，接近12點，在賣單調節下，股價一度見低來到2.67元，不過，在多空交戰下，1點過後，股價又翻紅，終場收2.95元，漲1.72％。
對於投保中心在上週訴請撤銷如興於今年6月29日股東會決議。如興表示，將依法令規定處理，配合法院審理程序，將嚴加強化文書管理流程及確立各層級職員之權責分配，使公司從今往後一切依法依規行事，強調對公司財務與業務尚無重大影響。
