〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕中國近期開始抨擊美國規模520億美元的晶片法案，稱該計畫已違反公平市場原則，並針對北京自身建設半導體產業的努力。

《彭博》報導，中國半導體行業協會副會長於夑康表示，美國本月簽署的晶片法，旨在幫助中國的競爭對手，其中部分內容也明顯歧視中國，但他並未詳細說明。

據報導，美國晶片法明確禁止獲得資金的公司，在中國擴大先進晶片的生產。華府日前指控北京透過補貼及其他不透明政策，來推動中芯國際、長江存儲等本土企業的成長。

於夑康在南京召開的1次行業會議上表示，堅決反對美國針對特定國家採取的限制性行動，稱這些行動實質上涵蓋歧視性條款，並創造一個不公平的競爭環境，違背世界貿易組織的公平貿易原則。

華府在過去幾年擴大對中國半導體產業的牽制，除了限制美企能向中國客戶出口的晶片製造設備，也敦促盟國讓荷蘭的艾司摩爾（ASML）及日本Nikon加入抵制行列。於夑康則表示，中國應繼續為其半導體產業提供政策支持，以解決阻礙技術突破的瓶頸。
