〔記者陳梅英／台北報導〕台股今日持續上攻，大盤指數接近中午上漲近百點，惟新台幣匯率貶值壓力仍在，早盤最低觸及30元整數大關，隨台股漲勢擴大，貶幅雖有收斂，中午暫時收在29.96元，貶值1.8分，台北外匯經紀公司成交量4.67億美元。
國銀主管指出，美7月通膨率8.5％雖低於市場預期，距離Fed目標2%仍然遙遠，聯準會下半年升息態勢不變，Fed今年以來已經升息9碼，預估接下來還有升息4碼空間，台灣央行上半年升息1.5碼，下半年預估升息1碼，台美利差擴大下，新台幣匯率仍有貶值壓力，預期新台幣匯率將在29.7元至30.3元區間盤整。
