俄羅斯天然氣公司 將關北溪1號管道3天

俄羅斯通往歐洲的最大天然氣管線北溪1號，將在8月底關閉3天。（資料照，路透）

〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕俄羅斯天然氣工業公司（Gazprom）週五（19日）宣布，將從8月31日起關閉北溪1號管線，直到9月2日，原因是管線需要維護，若沒有發現問題的話，將會照常恢復供氣。

而在北溪1號維護的消息傳出後，本以處於高點的歐洲天然氣價格上漲，荷蘭TTF天然氣期貨合約價週五一度漲破262歐元，過去5天漲幅近19%。

作為例行性維修的一部分，北溪1號上月關閉了10天，雖然如期恢復，但目前俄羅斯天然氣工業公司聲稱因技術問題，北溪1號僅以總運能的20％運作，這讓歐盟官員指責俄羅斯將能源武器化。

俄羅斯天然氣工業公司在週五的一份聲明中表示，每營運1000個小時，就有必要進行維護，作業完成後每天輸送3300萬立方公尺天然氣的作業將會恢復。這和目前的流量相符，而北溪1號的最大供氣量約為每日1.6億立方公尺。
